השוטר כפושע
המשטרה סוגרת מעגל של פשע כשהיא מסכימה לעסוק בפינוי כפוי של אנשים שלא פשעו מבתיהם, בזמן שהיא זו שאמורה, במקורו של דבר, לשמור על רכושם של אנשים. בדומה לכך, התנדבותה להפקעת רכושם של אנשים הופכת אותה למבצעת של פעולת גניבה, שאין כמוה מנוגדת, בתודעת הציבור, לתפקידו הטבעי של השוטר.
